TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please READ carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Dashing Upward (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and you agree to the terms stated herein.

PROGRAM/SERVICE

Dashing Upward (herein referred to as the “Company”) agrees to provide the Newlywed Financial Course (herein referred to as the “Program”) as identified in its online commerce shopping cart. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to the Client:

  • Access to Course Materials: The Program includes video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, and other training and support materials.

  • Access Duration: You shall have access to the Program materials for as long as the Program exists, and for no less than 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Company decides to discontinue the Program, you will receive 30 days' notice and the ability to download the core resources contained in the Program Area.

FEES

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay a one-time payment of $37.00 due immediately at the time of purchase.

No payment plans are offered for this Program.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply the strategies in the course.

The Company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Program, which is governed by the following terms:

  1. You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting our support team at info(at)dashingupward.com.

  2. No refunds will be granted after the 30th day from your purchase date.

  3. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have completed the course material and attempted to apply the teachings but did not receive any value from the Program.

  4. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests if sufficient evidence of course participation is not provided.

  5. If you receive a refund, your access to the Program and all related materials will be immediately revoked.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All payments must be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Company’s website.

  • If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method promptly.

  • The Company reserves the right to remove your access to the Program if payment is not successfully processed.

DISCLAIMER

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

No Financial or Legal Advice

The Program is educational in nature and does not provide financial, legal, or accounting services. The Company, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not financial advisors, accountants, or attorneys.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and the Company makes no guarantees about specific financial outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, financial situation, and other personal factors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content in the Program, including text, graphics, logos, videos, PDFs, and worksheets, is the intellectual property of Dashing Upward and is protected under copyright law.

By purchasing the Program, you are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, or share any Program materials with third parties.

  • You may not use the Program materials for commercial purposes.

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to the Program without a refund.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing this Program, you agree:

  1. To participate fully and complete the exercises provided.

  2. To take full responsibility for your financial decisions.

  3. To keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Program.

  • Errors or omissions in the Program materials.

  • Any decisions you make based on the information provided.

If you are dissatisfied with the Program, your sole remedy is to discontinue its use.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Likewise, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Program materials and refrain from sharing them outside of the Program.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program if:

  • You engage in disruptive or abusive behavior.

  • You share Program materials without permission.

No refunds will be granted if access is terminated for violating these terms.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Illinois, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction nearest to the Company’s headquarters.

By purchasing this Program, you waive the right to a trial and agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company. The Company may update these terms at any time, and the latest version will be posted on the website.
